Josep Meseguer
Music and interview

Over the last few years, Josep has furthered his 300-strong songwriting portfolio by concentrating on putting music to different works written by Catalan poets. One of his more recent works was inspired by the book Homenatge a Ausiàs Marc, written by Maria Lluïsa Pazos, in which she carries out an updated and commented poetical anthology of his work.

As part of a move to divulge Catalan culture, Josep, together with Núria Pradas, holds conferences in which they perform his musical interpretation of verses written
by Catalan poets from different ages.

Núria Pradas
Research and interview

As both a singer and composer, Núria has worked with various music groups, besides which she has also recorded a solo album. Nowadays, she performs her own songs based on classical and contemporary texts written by Catalan poets, doing so together with her husband, Josep Meseguer.Recently, she has published a book of poems penned by herself, and she has been awarded with various poetry prizes.
Also in conjunction with her husband Josep Meseguer, she has designed and performed a series of concerts aimed at disseminating Catalan culture both within and outside Catalunya. This project has taken her, among other places, to four universities in the United States.
